Position Details:

  • Schedule: 32-40 hours per week, including travel to multiple practice locations and one Saturday per month during the school year.
  • Locations: Travel required between various offices within our practice network.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and operatories for patient care.
  • Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the orthodontic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Orthodontic assisting experience.
  • Open to: Recent graduates eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.
  • Active RDA license (or willingness to obtain if recently graduated).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations and work occasional Saturdays.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
